InnveloMeet the Innvelo: The first prototype of the three-wheeled electric vehicle by Form & Drang is ready to roll. The Innvelo features two electric motors with a combined output of 6.4 kW, offering a top speed of 100 kph and a range of up to 100 km. A commercial, work and race version of the car will be available.

Staying silent: The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has pushed back a final ruling about electric cars emitting manufactured noise to protect especially blind pedestrians. The Pedestrian Safety Enhancement Act was first signed in 2008 and became law in 2011. Yet the NHTSA will not rule on the issue until the end of year, pushing back compliance until 2018.
