Siim Kallas, vice president of the EC and commissioner for transport, on the latest EU rules. Member states are now obliged to provide charge points as well as hydrogen and natural gas refuelling stations that comply with common standards. EU countries were asked to publicly provide their targets and policy framework by the end of 2016.
