In Austria, 31,534 battery-electric cars were newly registered in the first half of the year, marking a 42.2 per cent increase compared to the same period last year. They accounted for a 22 per cent share of all new passenger car registrations. In the EV model ranking for H1, the Tesla Model Y was clearly in the lead.
