ZF likely cancelling plans for semiconductor factory in Saarland

The ailing automotive supplier ZF apparently no longer wants to participate in a chip factory planned in Saarland. The plant was to be built in partnership with the US group Wolfspeed, but is now likely to be cancelled following ZF's withdrawal.
