NEVS (National Electric Vehicle Sweden), empresa de propiedad china sucesora de Saab, ha invertido 150 millones de d\u00f3lares para adquirir el 20% de las acciones del fabricante sueco de autom\u00f3viles deportivos Koenigsegg. El acuerdo forma parte de una asociaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica entre ambos fabricantes.<\/p>\n
El objetivo de NEVS y Koenigsegg es desarrollar conjuntamente coches electrificados y aumentar las ventas de hipercoches en el futuro. Parte del acuerdo es tambi\u00e9n el establecimiento de una empresa conjunta para expandirse en nuevos segmentos del mercado, en la que NEVS posee el 65% y en la que el grupo inyectar\u00e1 otros 150 millones de d\u00f3lares en capital inicial. Koenigsegg aporta principalmente propiedad intelectual, licencias tecnol\u00f3gicas y dise\u00f1o de productos, adem\u00e1s de poseer el 35% restante de las acciones. Los socios tambi\u00e9n acuerdan que Koenigsegg podr\u00e1 utilizar las instalaciones de producci\u00f3n de NEVS en Trollh\u00e4ttan.<\/p>\n
Koenigsegg es un fabricante sueco de hiperveh\u00edculos exclusivos fundado en 1994 por Christian von Koenigsegg. La empresa emplea a algo m\u00e1s de 115 personas.
