El Ministerio Federal de Econom\u00eda alem\u00e1n ha prorrogado oficialmente las primas a la compra de coches el\u00e9ctricos e h\u00edbridos enchufables hasta finales de 2020. Por tanto, la prima medioambiental continuar\u00e1 en su forma actual, es decir, con id\u00e9nticos porcentajes de subvenci\u00f3n, hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2020.<\/p>\n
La directriz de financiaci\u00f3n del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda necesaria para ello se publicar\u00e1 el 5 de junio de 2019, y se aplicar\u00e1 inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de la expiraci\u00f3n de la directriz de financiaci\u00f3n anterior, a partir del 1 de julio de 2019. La novedad es un m\u00f3dulo de financiaci\u00f3n para la instalaci\u00f3n de un sistema de alerta ac\u00fastica para invidentes y personas con discapacidad visual. La subvenci\u00f3n asciende a una cantidad global de 100 euros.<\/p>\n
La prima concedida por la compra de un coche el\u00e9ctrico nuevo a\u00fan puede solicitarse al Gobierno. Los siguientes porcentajes de subvenci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se aplicar\u00e1n m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de finales de junio: Los coches el\u00e9ctricos de bater\u00eda y los de pila de combustible recibir\u00e1n cada uno una subvenci\u00f3n de 2.000 euros del Estado y del fabricante. Los h\u00edbridos enchufables recibir\u00e1n una subvenci\u00f3n de 1.500 euros cada uno. Funding will be provided until the above-mentioned deadline or until the planned federal funding of 600 million euros has been exhausted. A look at the BAFA statistics to date shows that it is quite unlikely that the funding will be exhausted: by the end of April, the Office had received only 113,993 applications for environmental bonuses, 74,906 of which were for purely battery electric vehicles, 39,027 for plug-in hybrids and 60 for fuel cell vehicles. Originally, the purchasing bonus was intended to subsidise around 300,000 passenger cars by the end of June. So the “old” pot is still good and half full.<\/p>\n
“We are extending the purchase premium for electric cars until the end of 2020, because we need continuity in support. The buyer’s premium has proven its worth in practice. The number of applications is rising steadily – slower than we had hoped for, but it is all the more important to ensure continuity in funding,” commented Economics Minister Peter Altmaier<\/a> on the step previously announced. While the previous subsidy level will remain in place until the end of 2020, the federal government’s share of the premium will then be doubled from 2,000 to 4,000 euros – but only for electric cars up to a list price of 30,000 euros. For electric cars up to a list price of 60,000 euros, the federal share is to rise to 2,500 euros. It is still unclear whether the car industry will also increase its share. In the case of light commercial vehicles and taxis with electric drives, state support will be even higher: Electric taxis could even be subsidized with 8,000 euros.<\/p>\n The increase in the environmental bonus is known to be part of Andreas Scheuer’s new package of measures to reduce CO2 emissions.
