El objetivo es reducir el n\u00famero de nuevas empresas de autom\u00f3viles el\u00e9ctricos y promover menos actores, pero m\u00e1s competitivos.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>China est\u00e1 considerada como el principal mercado mundial de la movilidad el\u00e9ctrica. Muchos empresarios, que antes no ten\u00edan nada que ver con la fabricaci\u00f3n de autom\u00f3viles, tambi\u00e9n quieren beneficiarse del auge. Como resultado, se ha desarrollado una especie de burbuja de inversi\u00f3n. In addition, electric car startups will not be allowed to conclude production agreements with more than two car manufacturers. The new regulations are still being drawn up by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and are therefore not final. And if the example of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/2018\/01\/02\/china-extends-tax-rebates-nevs\/\">electric car quota<\/a> a few years ago is anything to go by, serious last-minute changes are still possible.<\/p>\n<p>The Chinese government sees an investment and subsidy bubble and wants to prevent a crash similar to that of dotcom companies. <em>Bloomberg<\/em> estimates that Chinese electric car manufacturers have invested 18 billion dollars since 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Among the Chinese manufacturers who are not yet selling a production car are names known in Europe such as Saab&#8217;s successor NEVS or Byton. But Nio and Xpeng do not yet have their own production facilities either. Nio has put plans for their own <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/2019\/03\/07\/nio-abandons-plans-for-factory-in-shanghai\/\">factory on hold<\/a> for the time being and has their vehicles built by JAC. Xpeng, which is financed by Internet giants Alibaba and Foxconn from Taiwan, has outsourced production to the Haima Automobile Group.
