Micro Mobility ha tenido \u00e9xito en los tribunales, por lo que la versi\u00f3n de Artega del mini VE ya no podr\u00e1 publicitarse y, por tanto, no se presentar\u00e1 en el IAA.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n del tribunal de Munich ha entrado hoy en vigor. Para el Karolino de Artega, cuya salida al mercado est\u00e1 prevista para este a\u00f1o, supone un enorme rev\u00e9s. Para la empresa Micro Mobility, de la que procede el dise\u00f1o del veh\u00edculo el\u00e9ctrico, la decisi\u00f3n del tribunal regional superior supone un \u00e9xito vital.<\/p>\n<p>Ya en 2015, la familia suiza Ouboter, que est\u00e1 detr\u00e1s de Micro Mobility, puso en marcha la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2019\/05\/14\/microlino-mueve-las-fechas-de-entrega\/\">desarrollo del Microlino<\/a>un scooter el\u00e9ctrico de cabina. El veh\u00edculo, al estilo del BMW Isetta, ocup\u00f3 muchos titulares, recogi\u00f3 hasta 15.000 reservas y deb\u00eda ser construido por la empresa italiana TMI en su nombre. However, Artega boss Klaus Dieter Frers had other intentions: In May 2019, he announced the launch of the Karolino under the Artega brand. The quasi-clone of the Microlino had allegedly been improved in over 150 points and was to be presented at the IAA.<\/p>\n<p>The fact that this will not happen has to do with one of two lawsuits filed by the Ouboter family. On the one hand, the Swiss wanted a temporary injunction to prevent the Karolino from being shown and advertised. In a second lawsuit, financial claims are made against Artega because the company from Delbr\u00fcck allegedly violated the contract between the two companies. For now, the court in Munich has followed the charge.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We won in all points, which means that they cannot exhibit the Karolino at the IAA &#8211; the Frankfurt Motor Show &#8211; or advertise it on his website&#8221;, Merlin Ouboter told media representatives. According to Ouboter, the Karolinos shown so far are even Microlinos from the TMI production, which Artega only changed optically.<\/p>\n<p>In mid-August, Frers rejected the accusations. &#8220;In Germany, we do not influence an ongoing court case with press releases. This is the reason why we have not yet published a statement,&#8221; said Frers. And continues: &#8220;In about ten days the truth about the case will come out, and then you and others will see the hard facts and not our version of the facts.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>It is unclear so far whether Artega will proceed against the decision of the Munich court.
