En lugar de depender de inversores estrat\u00e9gicos, Sono aumentar\u00e1 ahora su enfoque en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2018\/10\/18\/sono-motors-con-sede-en-munich-lanza-una-ronda-de-financiacion\/\">financiaci\u00f3n colectiva<\/a>. La fecha de producci\u00f3n del Sion tambi\u00e9n se est\u00e1 desplazando significativamente.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En la campa\u00f1a de crowdfunding que se lanza hoy, la empresa quiere recaudar 50 millones de euros antes del 30 de diciembre de 2019. Esto sugiere que las necesidades financieras a corto plazo son elevadas. Seg\u00fan un comunicado de prensa de Sono Motors, esto significa que hay que realizar 2.000 reservas de veh\u00edculos en un plazo de cuatro semanas. Al indagar m\u00e1s, la portavoz de la empresa explic\u00f3 que quienes realicen las reservas s\u00f3lo tendr\u00e1n que efectuar el pago de las mismas si se alcanza el objetivo de la campa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>Quien ahora decida que quiere poseer un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2019\/03\/04\/sono-muestra-el-diseno-en-serie-del-coche-electrico-solar-sion\/\">Coche solar Sion<\/a> tendr\u00e1n que esperar alg\u00fan tiempo antes de recibir su veh\u00edculo el\u00e9ctrico. El inicio de la producci\u00f3n de los primeros veh\u00edculos se ha retrasado hasta septiembre de 2021, ya que la nueva estrategia se basa en poder \"obtener acceso a nuevos recursos financieros\", explica Sono Motors en su comunicado de prensa. Eso, si es que se llega a construir: La empresa extrapola que si Sono Motors no alcanza su objetivo financiero, el Sion no podr\u00e1 llegar a las carreteras en su forma actualmente prevista.<\/p>\n<p>Para convencer a los interesados de la solidez de esta inversi\u00f3n a pesar de la perspectiva mencionada (y del riesgo de que fracase el reajuste), los fundadores Laurin Hahn, Jona Christians y Navina Pernsteiner han decidido dar un paso inusual: Han decidido aportar sus participaciones en beneficios a\u00fan disponibles (el 64% de los derechos de dividendo sobre los beneficios netos retenidos) a un fondo comunitario. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/2019\/04\/17\/sweden-nevs-to-build-sion-ev-in-former-saab-factory\/\">current plans<\/a>, the Sion should be built by NEVS in Sweden from 2020, and 260,000 units should be made within eight years. But Sono wants to stick to the planned quantities and NEVS as a production partner.<\/p>\n<p>Sono Motors no longer wants to cover its financial requirements with traditional investors \u2013 from the founders&#8217; point of view, the &#8220;migration of technology and patents would ultimately have led to the end of the Sion&#8217;s forward-looking concept&#8221;. Instead, the company now wants to finance itself through the community that &#8220;wants a profitable but responsible company,&#8221; as Jona Christians put it. &#8220;The task of keeping our promises to reservation holders while having to fulfil the requirements of investors was grating away at the core shape of our concept,&#8221; says the Co-CEO and co-founder. &#8220;We absolutely had to correct that. If we didn&#8217;t, social responsibility and climate protection would have fallen by the wayside, and so would everything we stand for&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the conflicting ideas of financial investors, Hahn sees a fundamental deficit in Germany. &#8220;Besides, the provision of venture capital for start-ups with capital-intensive business models in Germany does not work either in the early phase nor in the growth phase,&#8221; says Hahn. &#8220;There is an urgent need for political action here.
