<\/p>\nVolkswagen aumenta considerablemente sus previsiones de producci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos: Seg\u00fan los nuevos planes, el objetivo estrat\u00e9gico de un mill\u00f3n de coches el\u00e9ctricos se alcanzar\u00e1 a finales de 2023, dos a\u00f1os antes de lo previsto anteriormente. La empresa Volkswagen ajust\u00f3 sus planes para producir 1,5 millones de coches el\u00e9ctricos en 2025.<\/p>\n
La empresa marc\u00f3 la entrada al nuevo a\u00f1o con un enfoque cada vez m\u00e1s el\u00e9ctrico: se invertir\u00e1 un total de 66.000 millones de euros en las distintas filiales de la empresa de aqu\u00ed a 2024. 11.000 millones de euros se destinar\u00e1n a la propia marca Volkswagen, que lanzar\u00e1 su primer veh\u00edculo el\u00e9ctrico, el ID.3, este verano. Junto a su filial Electrify America, fundada para pagar la implicaci\u00f3n de Volkswagen en el esc\u00e1ndalo Dieselgate, la empresa invertir\u00e1 en infraestructuras de recarga a trav\u00e9s de su filial Elli, con el objetivo de alcanzar un total de 36.000 en toda Europa de aqu\u00ed a 2025.<\/p>\n
VW tambi\u00e9n abrir\u00e1 su plataforma MEB a terceros fabricantes, como ya se hab\u00eda anunciado. Ford, como su primer cliente, planea lanzar un veh\u00edculo el\u00e9ctrico basado en la MEB en Europa en 2023. Su objetivo es vender m\u00e1s de 600.000 de estos coches en un plazo de seis a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n
Como otro hito de celebraci\u00f3n antes de la nueva d\u00e9cada, la marca VW entreg\u00f3 a mediados de diciembre su veh\u00edculo electrificado n\u00famero 250.000 desde la introducci\u00f3n del e-up en 2013. El m\u00e1s vendido fue el e-Golf, con 104.000 entregas, seguido del Golf GTE (51.000), el Passat Variant GTE (42.000) y el e-up (21.000). Volkswagen Saxony is also massively expanding its charging infrastructure for electric vehicles at its three locations in Zwickau, Dresden and Chemnitz. In Zwickau, the 200th charging point of all three Saxon plants has now been put into operation. By the end of 2020 the number is expected to double to more than 400 charging points.<\/p>\n
In a further technological innovation, Volkswagen presented the concept of a mobile charging robot for electric cars. The concept consists of a compact, autonomous robot and flexibly movable energy storage devices, so-called battery wagons. When fully charged, these have an energy content of around 25 kWh each. On demand via app or car-to-x communication, it brings an energy storage device to the electric vehicle and connects it independently. Then the robot collects another battery and moves on to other parked vehicles. The battery car with integrated charging electronics enables DC fast charging with up to 50 kW. Designed for underground or multi-story car parking spaces, the charger is not yet planned for serial production, but this may change quickly. As Mark M\u00f6ller, VW’s head of development stated: “It\u2019s a visionary prototype, which can be made into reality quite quickly, if the general conditions are right.” The biggest potential impact here is the savings in infrastructure installation and relatively simple installation process.<\/p>\n
