La empresa fusionada tendr\u00e1 as\u00ed un valor de 3.300 millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n<p>La operaci\u00f3n incluye una colocaci\u00f3n privada de acciones ordinarias por valor de 525 millones de d\u00f3lares. Nikola expects to generate revenue by 2021 with the rollout of its BEV truck, with FCEV truck sales starting shortly after in 2023. Nikola says that it intends an initial build-out of hydrogen fueling stations to serve their customers\u2019 fleets, citing Anheuser-Busch as such an example.<\/p>\n<p>Nikola says that it has more than 14,000 pre-orders representing more than $10 billion in potential revenue and two-and-a-half years of production. In addition to the planned factory in Arizona, Nikola will also manufacture in Germany.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/2020\/02\/07\/nikola-tre-to-be-built-in-ulm-germany\/\">In Europe with Iveco<\/a>, a subsidiary of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/2019\/09\/03\/iveco-owner-cnh-invests-in-nikola\/\">Nikola shareholders CNH<\/a> Industrial, the Nikola Tre battery-electric heavy-duty truck will be built in Ulm, Germany from 2021 onwards. Following the models with a battery-electric drive, the Tre will also be released with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/2018\/11\/06\/nikola-motor-presents-fuel-cell-truck-exclusive-for-europe\/\">fuel cell from 2023<\/a> onwards.
