Roomzz. Al parecer, el lanzamiento del modelo de siete plazas en el mercado chino est\u00e1 previsto para 2021, presumiblemente como VW ID.6.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En noviembre de 2019, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2019\/11\/22\/vw-invierte-mas-en-coches-electricos-en-china\/\">La propia Volkswagen<\/a> ya ha confirmado que la primera fase de preproducci\u00f3n en la planta de Anting, China, ha comenzado \"con un ID especialmente dise\u00f1ado para el modelo de la marca Volkswagen para el mercado chino\".  La planta de Anting se explota en cooperaci\u00f3n con el socio de la empresa conjunta SAIC y es la primera del gigante automovil\u00edstico alem\u00e1n en China centrada por completo en los coches el\u00e9ctricos. Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n disponible, el inicio de la producci\u00f3n en serie estaba previsto para octubre de 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Volkswagen a\u00fan no ha revelado qu\u00e9 modelo ha comenzado a producirse en preserie. Ahora <em>Junta de la rueda<\/em>, entre otros, afirma que el primer modelo chino basado en la plataforma MEB es la versi\u00f3n de producci\u00f3n del ID. Roomzz que el CEO del Grupo, Herbert Diess, present\u00f3 en abril de 2019. Se ha publicado una foto en la que aparece la f\u00e1brica y un grupo de trabajadores rodeando un caparaz\u00f3n de veh\u00edculo coronado por un cartel con las palabras \"Lounge SUV\". Esto es exactamente lo que el ID. With its spacious interior, the ID.6 is supposed to stand out clearly from the Tiguan-like ID.4, if the five-meter concept ID. Roomzz is anything to go by. In terms of price, the ID.6 is assumed to be in the same playing field as the Tesla Model Y. Although the concept is almost as big as a VW Touareg, it is supposed to become significantly cheaper than the combustion engine flagship \u2013probably also because of a simpler and more volume-oriented interior. <em>WheelsJoint<\/em> draws a parallel with the Atlas SUV sold in the USA, which is also as large as a Touareg but is several price classes below it.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of the drive, the ID.6 should be located at the top end of the MEB options. It seems the model will initially be available only with four-wheel drive, the power ratings are 225 and 300 kW. As battery options are mentioned the 77 kWh (the largest option available in ID.3) and the maximum configuration with 111 kWh. This should allow ranges of 450 and 600 kilometres respectively. With the ID. Roomzz concept, VW indicated Level 4 autonomous driving functions and doors opening in opposite directions \u2013 in both cases it is unclear whether the production model will also have these features. The below-cited reports have assumed that the Chinese-built prototype will only have Level 3 autonomous functions.<\/p>\n<p>It is also unclear when the ID.6 will be presented or could even be launched on the market. If the ID.3 is anything to go by, these time periods can be quite drawn out. <em>WheelsJoint<\/em> assumes that the model will be introduced in 2021.
