Despu\u00e9s, el pa\u00eds pospuso la subvenci\u00f3n indefinidamente durante un breve periodo de tiempo. Sin embargo, las matriculaciones de coches el\u00e9ctricos est\u00e1n aumentando: \u00bfun efecto placebo?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Polonia iba a abrir las solicitudes para el relativamente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2019\/12\/01\/comprar-evs-en-polonia-alta-subvencion-para-vehiculos-electricos-de-bajo-coste\/\">generosa prima de compra<\/a> para la compra de coches el\u00e9ctricos de hasta 8.600 euros el 11 de diciembre del a\u00f1o pasado. En la primera ronda de financiaci\u00f3n, esperaban que hasta 500 veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos recibieran la subvenci\u00f3n correspondiente, por lo que muchos clientes y concesionarios se prepararon desde el principio para las condiciones previstas. Dado que la prima de compra s\u00f3lo se iba a aplicar a los particulares que compraran coches el\u00e9ctricos de bajo coste con un precio de hasta 29.000 euros, los que quisieran comprar coches peque\u00f1os y medianos encargados como el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2019\/11\/21\/skoda-comienza-a-fabricar-el-citigo-e-iv\/\">Skoda Citigo e iV<\/a> (desde 18.500 euros), el Renault Zoe (desde 28.000 euros), el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2019\/09\/03\/opel-anuncia-nuevos-detalles-de-carga-para-el-corsa-e\/\">Opel Corsa-e<\/a> (desde 28.000 euros) o el Nissan Leaf (desde 26.818 euros) en el cuarto trimestre de 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Tras las cr\u00edticas iniciales al Gobierno por vincular la prima a la compra con el bajo precio expresadas por los representantes de Volkswagen y Nissan, Renault, Opel y tambi\u00e9n Nissan, los fabricantes de autom\u00f3viles decidieron pronto hacer las ofertas correspondientes: con una peque\u00f1a reducci\u00f3n del precio por debajo del l\u00edmite de homologaci\u00f3n, sus propios clientes deber\u00edan poder beneficiarse de la subvenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Para gran sorpresa de todos, la aprobaci\u00f3n de las solicitudes se pospuso a un momento incierto poco antes de su inicio. Maciej Mazur, de la Asociaci\u00f3n Polaca de Combustibles Alternativos (Polskie Stowarzyszenie Paliw Alternatywnych, PSPA), declar\u00f3 a los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n polacos que, en su opini\u00f3n, las razones del retraso podr\u00edan ser las experiencias de los pa\u00edses vecinos.<\/p>\n<p>En particular, la medida adoptada por Eslovaquia puede haber asustado a las autoridades polacas. The support will most likely be less than 4,800 euros&#8221;, said the responsible Polish Minister of Climate Micha\u0142 Kurtyka in January in response to an inquiry from the Polish media. His reasoning for the lower subsidy rate: &#8220;More interested parties would benefit from it&#8221;. Kurtyka explained and reminded that the limits had been set in 2018 when the prices for electric cars on the market were much higher.<\/p>\n<p>Not everyone shares the minister&#8217;s view. PSPA experts have been discussing the importance of taxation for the development of e-mobility in Poland ever since. According to their assessment, promoting the purchase of e-cars by private individuals is of little importance for the Polish car market, as only one-third of new cars are for private use. Fleet purchases are of much greater importance.<\/p>\n<p>In other words, with appropriate tax incentives for companies to procure electric cars for their fleets, the proportion of these vehicles would increase significantly and move towards the level of Western European countries. One possible measure cited is the abolition of sales tax to end the current niche existence of just 5,700 BEVs on Polish roads at the end of February.<\/p>\n<p>However, the lack of a purchase premium had an extremely unusual side effect in the first months of the year. While the increase in new registrations of electric cars was low in January, the momentum increased significantly in February. Both months saw a 181 per cent increase in the purchase of electric vehicles compared to the same period last year. A total of 609 BEVs were registered.<\/p>\n<p>Of these, 401 were new cars, as the figures from the Polish car market data provider SAMAR show. The best-selling model was the Skoda Citigo e iV, with 92 units sold. In second and third place, with 53 and 50 cars respectively, were the Nissan Leaf and the BMW i3. The Opel Corsa-e accounted for 28 registrations &#8211; presumably demonstration cars at the dealerships. In addition, 23 new Renault Zoe cars were registered.
