El objetivo es avanzar en el desarrollo conjunto de bater\u00edas de estado s\u00f3lido y preparar su producci\u00f3n a gran escala.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Volkswagen ya hab\u00eda invertido 100 millones de d\u00f3lares en QuantumScape <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2018\/09\/13\/volkswagen-aumenta-su-participacion-en-quantumscape\/\">de vuelta en 2018<\/a> y desde entonces se ha convertido en el mayor accionista automovil\u00edstico del especialista en bater\u00edas, que es una spin-off que naci\u00f3 en la Universidad de Stanford. La inversi\u00f3n total de 300 millones de d\u00f3lares corresponde a un valor de 265 millones de euros al cambio actual. A strong position in the field of batteries is a decisive factor in this regard,&#8221; says Frank Blome, head of the Battery Cell business unit at Volkswagen Group Components. &#8220;We are securing our global supply base with efficient producers, gradually building up manufacturing capacities and driving the development of cutting-edge solid-state battery technology. Our focus in this context is on long-term strategic partnerships.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In the press release, VW describes solid-state battery technology as being &#8220;the most promising technology for the next-but-one generation of e-mobility&#8221;.
