ZeroAvia, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2019\/08\/14\/zeroavia-realiza-avances-significativos-para-el-vuelo-fc\/\">como se inform\u00f3<\/a>, est\u00e1 desarrollando un sistema de propulsi\u00f3n por pilas de combustible para aviones y ahora puede ser m\u00e1s concreto sobre sus planes de comercializaci\u00f3n. La empresa californiana quiere que los aviones de hidr\u00f3geno con entre 10 y 20 plazas est\u00e9n listos para operar en un plazo de tres a\u00f1os y afirma que los aviones de H2 para entre 50 y 100 pasajeros deber\u00edan ser posibles a finales de esta d\u00e9cada. La empresa considera que los vuelos con m\u00e1s de 200 plazas y una autonom\u00eda de m\u00e1s de 3.000 millas (5.556 kil\u00f3metros) son un objetivo alcanzable para 2040.<\/p>\n<p>ZeroAvia a\u00fan no ha facilitado detalles t\u00e9cnicos sobre la aeronave FC, como la estructura del propulsor, la integraci\u00f3n en el fuselaje, la ubicaci\u00f3n de los dep\u00f3sitos o los datos de rendimiento. Por otro lado, ZeroAvia informa de que recientemente ha entrado en funcionamiento una infraestructura de repostaje de hidr\u00f3geno en el aeropuerto de Cranfield y que han completado un conjunto de simulaciones de vuelo en tierra con plena potencia para vuelos de hidr\u00f3geno de larga distancia. ZeroAvia prefers a hydrogen-electric drive to a battery-electric system with the reasoning that hydrogen would later have lower operating costs and a more promising energy-to-weight ratio. In the company&#8217;s view, this will make the commercial operation profitable on a much larger scale and in a shorter time frame.<\/p>\n<p>ZeroAvia&#8217;s development work is embedded in the HyFlyer project, which is being pushed by the British government. It aims to decarbonise small medium-range passenger aircraft. The conventional drivetrain in the plane is to be replaced by electric motors, fuel cells or gas storage systems.
