La producci\u00f3n, totalmente digitalizada, deber\u00eda marcar la pauta en cuanto a flexibilidad. A partir del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, tambi\u00e9n se producir\u00e1 all\u00ed el EQS.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Desde la propulsi\u00f3n convencional hasta la totalmente el\u00e9ctrica, todos los pasos del montaje de veh\u00edculos con diferentes estilos de carrocer\u00eda y sistemas de propulsi\u00f3n pueden realizarse en un solo nivel en la F\u00e1brica 56. Con motivo de la inauguraci\u00f3n, Daimler afirm\u00f3 que la flexibilidad de la planta afecta al n\u00famero de modelos producidos, al volumen de producci\u00f3n y al flujo de materiales.<\/p>\n<p>Inicialmente, la nueva generaci\u00f3n de la Clase S sed\u00e1n de Mercedes-Benz y la versi\u00f3n de batalla larga saldr\u00e1n de la l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n de la F\u00e1brica 56. M\u00e1s adelante, la Clase S Mercedes-Maybach y el EQS tambi\u00e9n se producir\u00e1n aqu\u00ed en la misma l\u00ednea. En comparaci\u00f3n con la anterior l\u00ednea de montaje de la Clase S en Sindelfingen, la producci\u00f3n en la nueva planta ser\u00e1 un 25% m\u00e1s eficiente, seg\u00fan el Grupo. La flexibilidad que describe el fabricante alem\u00e1n significa que, mientras que en el pasado hab\u00eda que construir y poner en marcha una l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n separada para las berlinas de la clase de lujo, la F\u00e1brica 56 puede integrar te\u00f3ricamente coches compactos o SUV con propulsi\u00f3n convencional, PHEV o BEV en la producci\u00f3n en serie en unos pocos d\u00edas. According to Daimler, the TecLines bundle all complex system technologies in one place. This also includes the changeover from the classic assembly line to driverless transport systems \u2013 a step that Porsche also took in the production of the Taycan. Instead of having to change the entire assembly line when production is changed (for example, when there is a model change or an additional series), in future only the route of the up to 400 transport vehicles will have to be programmed.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8216;marriage&#8217;, where the drive is connected to the body, has also been redesigned. For this purpose, Daimler has developed a standard called &#8216;Fullflex Marriage&#8217; that is intended to cover different models and drive types. Since the &#8216;marriage&#8217; is distributed over several modular stations, larger conversions should be possible without lengthy interruptions to production \u2013 whereby Daimler leaves itself some leeway with the formulation &#8220;larger&#8221; and &#8220;longer&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h2>Photovoltaic &amp; energy storage to help make the plant green<\/h2>\n<p>The digital infrastructure of the paperless factory is based on a powerful WLAN and 5G network. Data is thus to be exchanged via the MO360 digital ecosystem developed by Mercedes-Benz Cars and the system is being used in its entirety for the first time in the &#8216;Factory 56&#8217;. Until now, Daimler plants have only used individual components of this system.<\/p>\n<p>The factory has been made CO2-neutral right from the start. According to Daimler, the total energy requirement has been reduced by a quarter. In addition, the roof of the Factory 56 is equipped with a 5,000 MWp photovoltaic system, which should cover about 30 per cent of the power requirement. Other parts of the roof are covered with greenery. The PV system is supported by a stationary storage facility.
