La empresa est\u00e1 cooperando con la compa\u00f1\u00eda de conversi\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos comerciales Quantron.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Quantron anunci\u00f3 el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2020\/06\/18\/quantron-anuncia-un-camion-pesado-de-pila-de-combustible-para-2021\/\">Cami\u00f3n de pila de combustible Energon en junio<\/a>. Ahora, el primer veh\u00edculo de pruebas deber\u00e1 comprobar el rendimiento, la durabilidad y la autonom\u00eda en condiciones de conducci\u00f3n comercial continua en las carreteras b\u00e1varas a partir de mediados de 2021.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto financiado por el gobierno del estado de Baviera es uno de los primeros dedicados expl\u00edcitamente al desarrollo de una pila de combustible para su uso en veh\u00edculos industriales pesados. Los sistemas de pila de combustible disponibles actualmente en el mercado se desarrollaron originalmente para turismos. \"Los sistemas para camiones, en cambio, requieren una vida \u00fatil de al menos 35.000 horas. Esto se debe a que los veh\u00edculos comerciales ganan dinero exclusivamente a trav\u00e9s de un funcionamiento fiable y continuo\", explica el fabricante, que en 2019 ya ha puesto en marcha proyectos de desarrollo para autobuses de FC y cruceros con socios como FlixBus y Meyer Werft.<\/p>\n<p>Ya se han publicado datos clave sobre el cami\u00f3n de gran tonelaje Energon, lo que permite sacar conclusiones sobre el sistema de FC en el que Freudenberg y Quantron est\u00e1n trabajando actualmente: El sistema de pila de combustible tendr\u00e1 una potencia de 130 kW. Junto con una bater\u00eda LFP con una capacidad de 110 kWh para la que CATL suministra c\u00e9lulas a Quantron, la pila de combustible alimentar\u00e1 un motor de 340 kW. La cadena cinem\u00e1tica tambi\u00e9n cuenta con una transmisi\u00f3n de dos velocidades. The Augsburg-based company is also aiming for a listing on the stock exchange.<\/p>\n<p>Quantron itself was founded in 2019. The idea for the company was born under the company Haller based in Gesthofen, Germany. Quantron began as an Iveco contract partner and commercial vehicle specialist providing versions of the Iveco Daily converted to hybrid or electric drives. The business soon grew beyond conversions (also of trucks and buses), and as early as November 2019, an exclusive agreement was concluded with the Turkish bus manufacturer Karsan for the distribution of the Jest Electric and Atak Electric buses in Germany. In April this year, less than 12 months after its foundation, Quantron became the sales and after-sales partner for commercial vehicles and industrial applications <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/2020\/04\/28\/catl-expands-commercial-vehicle-battery-business-in-europe\/?preview_id=132084&amp;preview_nonce=5573962688&amp;_thumbnail_id=106352&amp;preview=true\">for CATL in Europe<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>By contrast, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/tag\/Freudenberg\/\">Freudenberg Group<\/a> has been in the eMobility business for a long time. As early as the mid-1990s, it began developing technical components for fuel cells and batteries. In the last two years, the company has further strengthened its position in this field with the acquisition of the FC manufacturer Elcore and, shortly afterwards, a stake in the US battery manufacturer XALT Energy.
