Al mismo tiempo, Francia est\u00e1 endureciendo las penalizaciones por altas emisiones de CO2.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el presupuesto presentado ayer por Bruno Le Maire, ministro de Econom\u00eda y Hacienda, la prima para los coches el\u00e9ctricos puros bajar\u00e1 de los 7.000 euros actuales a 6.000 euros en 2021 y se reducir\u00e1 a\u00fan m\u00e1s hasta los 5.000 euros en 2022. El Gobierno reducir\u00e1 a la mitad la subvenci\u00f3n estatal para los h\u00edbridos enchufables a 1.000 euros el a\u00f1o que viene. Esta subvenci\u00f3n s\u00f3lo se aplicar\u00e1 a los veh\u00edculos que cuesten un m\u00e1ximo de 45.000 euros.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n hay un recorte de la subvenci\u00f3n especial para flotas de empresas. El gobierno s\u00f3lo pagar\u00e1 1.000 euros en cada uno de los dos pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os en lugar de la ayuda actual de 5.000 euros. Lo \u00fanico que se mantiene intacto es un incentivo separado para cambiar a veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos para los hogares con bajos ingresos que asciende a 3.000 euros.<\/p>\n<p>Al igual que Alemania, Francia hab\u00eda decidido <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2020\/05\/27\/francia-presenta-un-paquete-para-coches-electricos\/\">aumentar las tasas de subvenci\u00f3n en mayo de 2020<\/a> como parte de un plan de reestructuraci\u00f3n de la industria automovil\u00edstica. La raz\u00f3n principal fue el desplome de las ventas debido a la crisis del Corona. Sin embargo, el gobierno franc\u00e9s adopt\u00f3 un enfoque m\u00e1s moderado, elevando \u00fanicamente la subvenci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima de 6.000 a 7.000 euros. A corto plazo, la demanda tambi\u00e9n se vio impulsada por un plan de desguace para compradores particulares. Esto tuvo su efecto. Seg\u00fan las estad\u00edsticas del grupo industrial CCAF citadas por <em>Bloomberg<\/em>, los veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos representaron el 6,1% de las matriculaciones en el mercado franc\u00e9s en los ocho primeros meses del a\u00f1o, frente a s\u00f3lo el 1,9% en 2019. The bonus will be maintained at an ambitious but degressive level, as this type of vehicle will become more competitive compared to combustion engine models. Incidentally, the government already had the intention of slowly reducing the subsidy rates again when it presented the reformed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/2019\/12\/19\/france-revises-their-ev-subsidy-system\/\">bonus-malus system in December 2019<\/a> before the global pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>Concerning the environmental malus, France will continue to tighten the screws. The &#8220;malus \u00e9cologique&#8221; is an environmental tax that applies to vehicles with a certain level of CO2 emissions and is payable upon registration. The penalties are staggered, with the maximum rate for cars with CO2 emissions of more than 225 grams per kilometre currently amounting to 20,000 euros. According to the current draft budget, the maximum rate is to be doubled again in 2021 to 40,000 euros and then increased to 50,000 euros in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>This is, of course, the extreme case. The threshold for the malus is currently at an emission of 138 grams of CO2 per kilometre (according to WLTP). For example, anyone who emits between 138 and 160 grams of CO2 per kilometre will have to pay 1,000 euros for registration. In any case, the limit is now to be reduced from the aforementioned 138 to 131 grams from 1 January 2021 and to 123 grams in 2022.
