Se est\u00e1 construyendo en el condado de York, en el estado de Carolina del Sur, y est\u00e1 previsto que produzca autobuses el\u00e9ctricos a partir del cuarto trimestre de 2021. Se habla de 1.000 autobuses de bater\u00eda al a\u00f1o.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, si el t\u00e9rmino microf\u00e1brica le hace pensar en una peque\u00f1a planta de producci\u00f3n, la capacidad de 1.000 autobuses al a\u00f1o deber\u00eda ser el l\u00edmite. En Carolina del Sur, Arrival prev\u00e9 emplear a 240 personas cuando abra sus puertas; seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n actual, la inversi\u00f3n en la microf\u00e1brica asciende a 46 millones de d\u00f3lares (39 millones de euros). En comparaci\u00f3n con una planta convencional de veh\u00edculos comerciales, se trata de cifras relativamente manejables.<\/p>\n<p>La planta construir\u00e1 un autob\u00fas el\u00e9ctrico de bater\u00edas con un interior similar al del metro. Llegada <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2020\/06\/18\/la-llegada-presenta-el-concepto-de-autobus-electrico\/\">demostr\u00f3 el concepto<\/a> en junio de 2020. Con materiales de bajo coste, procesos de montaje m\u00e1s sencillos y, sobre todo, bater\u00edas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as y ligeras, el veh\u00edculo costar\u00e1 bastante menos que los actuales autobuses propulsados por bater\u00edas, seg\u00fan el fabricante.<\/p>\n<p>El concepto de microf\u00e1brica es posible gracias al m\u00e9todo de construcci\u00f3n: La carrocer\u00eda se construye de forma que los trabajos de soldadura con costosos robots de producci\u00f3n quedan obsoletos. With the largest possible battery, the range should be over 100 miles (approx. 160 kilometres), even with a full charge and frequent starts. A battery pack with 44 kWh initially appears very small for a vehicle of this type. Still, in some large cities, delivery vehicles only cover 20 to 30 kilometres on their delivery route before they arrive back at the depot.
