El plan esboza los objetivos concretos para transformar la industria automovil\u00edstica china en una industria totalmente el\u00e9ctrica para 2035, cuando ya no se permitir\u00e1n los motores de combusti\u00f3n pura.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La Hoja de Ruta Tecnol\u00f3gica 2.0 se present\u00f3 recientemente en Shanghai bajo la direcci\u00f3n del Ministerio de Industria y Tecnolog\u00eda de la Informaci\u00f3n y organizada por la Sociedad China de Ingenieros de Automoci\u00f3n (SAE). La hoja de ruta ha sido elaborada por lo que, seg\u00fan la SAE, son m\u00e1s de mil expertos de toda la industria automovil\u00edstica<\/p>\n<p>En una traducci\u00f3n directa del documento chino, la estrategia afirma que \"enfatiza a\u00fan m\u00e1s la estrategia de desarrollo de la propulsi\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica pura, proponiendo que para 2035, los veh\u00edculos de nueva energ\u00eda representar\u00e1n m\u00e1s de 50% del mercado, los veh\u00edculos de pila de combustible representar\u00e1n alrededor de 1 mill\u00f3n de unidades, los veh\u00edculos de bajo consumo estar\u00e1n totalmente hibridizados y la industria automovil\u00edstica se transformar\u00e1 en el\u00e9ctrica\".<\/p>\n<p>Donde las cosas se vuelven un poco confusas es en la cuesti\u00f3n de qu\u00e9 significa \"totalmente hibridizado\": en la pr\u00e1ctica, los h\u00edbridos suaves de 48 voltios s\u00f3lo supondr\u00edan un peque\u00f1o ahorro en consumo y emisiones. Since kinetic energy is recovered and can be used for propulsion with the electric motor, fuel consumption is reduced. But unlike PHEVs or BEVs, these vehicles will not become cleaner if the energy mix improves in the power grid and are still entirely dependent on oil.<\/p>\n<p>China wants to gradually eliminate pure combustion engines without hybridization over the next 15 years. By 2030, 75 per cent of gasoline vehicles are to be hybrids, and by 2035 pure combustion engines will no longer be permitted.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, new energy vehicles account for five per cent of new registrations, with battery-electric cars accounting for the majority. In an intermediate step up to 2025, the Technology Roadmap 2.0 sees the share of NEVs at 20 per cent \u2013 without mentioning the exact distribution between the three drive systems \u2013 until the 50 per cent mark is to be exceeded in 2035.<\/p>\n<p>Incidentally, the report also expects that the CO2 emissions generated by passenger cars will continue to rise for the time being, with peak emissions reached in 2028. Emissions are expected to fall by 20 per cent by 2035.<\/p>\n<p>While these targets do not seem radical or unexpected, they do mark a deep shift \u2013 also for the rest of the world. China has the highest numbers of vehicles in the world and is therefore the most lucrative markets for automotive manufacturers and suppliers.
