Seg\u00fan un informe de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n franceses, la marca quiere posicionar dos versiones muy por debajo del familiar el\u00e9ctrico de PSA.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan informaciones del sitio franc\u00e9s de noticias <em>L'Argus<\/em>, el nuevo Citro\u00ebn C3, cuyo lanzamiento al mercado europeo est\u00e1 previsto para 2023, tendr\u00e1 dos v\u00e1stagos el\u00e9ctricos que se situar\u00e1n muy por debajo del Peugeot e-208 en t\u00e9rminos de prestaciones y precio. Se habla de unos motores de 37 kW y 59 kW de potencia y de bater\u00edas con una capacidad de 30 a 40 kWh, pero el sitio de noticias no ha citado ninguna fuente para esta informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>A modo de comparaci\u00f3n, el e-drive utilizado actualmente en el e-CMP de PSA utiliza un motor el\u00e9ctrico de 100 kW y una bater\u00eda de 50 kWh. Esta propulsi\u00f3n se ofrece en varios modelos de PSA, como el Peugeot e-208 o el Opel Corsa-e. La generaci\u00f3n actual del C3, fabricada desde 2017, sigue bas\u00e1ndose en la denominada plataforma PF1 de PSA, predecesora de la CMP.<\/p>\n<p>El informe no indica si el nuevo C3 tambi\u00e9n cambiar\u00e1 a la \"Plataforma Modular Com\u00fan\" e introducir\u00e1 una nueva variante a la e-CMP con su propulsi\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica m\u00e1s d\u00e9bil. The NMC battery cells for the e-C3 will apparently come from SVOLT.<\/p>\n<p>The battery cell manufacturer that emerged from the Chinese car manufacturer Great Wall is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/2019\/07\/09\/svolt-plans-battery-cell-factory-in-europe\/\">planning a factory in Europe<\/a>, which according to our information will be designed for an annual capacity of 24 GWh and whose location will be officially announced next week on Tuesday. A few months ago there was already a report that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/2020\/08\/10\/psa-has-a-major-order-for-svolt\/\">SVOLT had received a large order<\/a> from the French PSA group with a volume of more than 7 GWh.<\/p>\n<p>There is a simple reason why the e-C3 does not simply use the existing 100 kW drive and its own ACC cells: PSA boss Carlos Tavares apparently wants to position Citro\u00ebn as the group&#8217;s new entry-level brand. In future, the DS brand will be responsible for the automotive avant-garde. With the DS 3 Crossback, it already has an electric car with the familiar 100 kW drive. A further model with a similar price structure to DS 3, e-208 and Corsa-e would be counterproductive.<\/p>\n<p>Instead, according to <em>L&#8217;Argus<\/em>, Citro\u00ebn should become &#8220;a kind of Dacia in PSA sauce&#8221;. The e-C3 with the probably cheaper SVOLT batteries could therefore be positioned against the Dacia Spring.
