Las primeras l\u00edneas se instalar\u00e1n en 2021.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Manz se desmarca de sus competidores con un proceso l\u00e1ser para soldar c\u00e9lulas redondas en m\u00f3dulos. Seg\u00fan el director general Martin Drasch, el cliente conf\u00eda en la plataforma l\u00e1ser BLS 500 y la plataforma de montaje modular LightAssembly de Manz. Por el momento, el especialista en maquinaria de Reutlingen (Alemania) no revela m\u00e1s detalles sobre el pedido.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, en un comunicado de prensa adjunto, Manz salpica algunas referencias m\u00e1s al cliente. Por ejemplo, se trata de un prometedor pionero estadounidense de la movilidad el\u00e9ctrica y un nuevo cliente para Manz. Y Manz habla de las c\u00e9lulas redondas de alta eficiencia que utiliza el cliente y del gran potencial de mercado que tienen estas c\u00e9lulas desde el punto de vista de la empresa alemana.<\/p>\n<p>El hecho es que son m\u00e1s bien pocos los fabricantes de coches el\u00e9ctricos que apuestan exclusivamente por las pilas redondas. Por supuesto, el defensor m\u00e1s conocido de este formato de celda es Tesla, al que tambi\u00e9n le cuadrar\u00edan las pruebas, pero no se trata en absoluto de una suposici\u00f3n concluyente. La empresa californiana utiliza pilas redondas del tipo 18650 y 2170 e introdujo una a\u00fan mayor y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2020\/12\/29\/panasonic-iniciara-la-produccion-de-pilas-4680-en-2021\/\">c\u00e9lula redonda m\u00e1s potente llamada 4680<\/a> hace s\u00f3lo unos meses. If Tesla is already a customer of Manz, Tesla is ruled out here.<\/p>\n<p>Another possible, but of course unconfirmed customer would be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/2020\/10\/15\/usa-lucid-air-basic-version-prices-revealed\/\">Lucid Motors<\/a>: The American company has not officially specified the cell type of their Air electric sedan. But when the supply contract with LG Chem was announced in February 2020, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.koreaherald.com\/view.php?ud=20200225000622\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Korean media<\/a>, citing LG Chem, reported that it would be cylindrical cells. And both LG Chem and Lucid boast of the particularly high energy density. Since Lucid relies on 900-volt technology, the company could also be called a pioneer.<\/p>\n<p>Manz says that the new order will seamlessly continue the successful development of the past fiscal year. In 2020, the company said it achieved a significant increase in incoming orders, revenues and earnings compared to 2019.
