En el escrito, la empresa pide a la Rep\u00fablica Federal que d\u00e9 prioridad de aprobaci\u00f3n a los proyectos de transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La carta, dirigida al Tribunal Administrativo Superior de Berl\u00edn-Brandemburgo y de la que se han hecho eco los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n alemanes, es una carta indirecta de apoyo a la demanda interpuesta por la agencia de protecci\u00f3n medioambiental Deutsche Umwelthilfe (DUH) contra la Rep\u00fablica Federal de Alemania para hacer cumplir un programa gubernamental concreto de aplicaci\u00f3n del Acuerdo de Par\u00eds sobre el clima firmado por Alemania.<\/p>\n<p>Con la construcci\u00f3n de su planta de coches el\u00e9ctricos en Gr\u00fcnheide, Tesla est\u00e1 aportando una experiencia pr\u00e1ctica concreta, por as\u00ed decirlo. Tras el anuncio en noviembre de 2019, la producci\u00f3n comenzar\u00e1 all\u00ed el pr\u00f3ximo mes de julio, pero la empresa californiana a\u00fan est\u00e1 a la espera de la aprobaci\u00f3n medioambiental definitiva. Hasta ahora, todos los avances de la construcci\u00f3n en Gr\u00fcnheide se han basado \u00fanicamente en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2021\/04\/01\/tesla-recibe-nuevas-aprobaciones-preliminares-para-giga-berlin\/\">permisos provisionales<\/a> posible gracias a la Ley Federal de Control de Inmisiones. Several media outlets quoted from the ten-page public letter dated 07 April: &#8220;Tesla Brandenburg has experienced first-hand that obstacles in German permitting law are slowing down the necessary industrial transformation and thus the transport and energy turnaround,&#8221; the letter reads. In contrast to Germany&#8217;s ambitious climate goals, &#8220;German permitting and planning processes date from a time when these concerns seemed less urgent&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The result is that the approval process for what is in effect an environmentally friendly project is still the same as for a coal-fired power plant,&#8221; Tesla writes. The process takes too long, &#8220;it is very difficult to make changes even if they are positive overall&#8221; and &#8220;the process is fraught with legal risk at every step&#8221;. This discourages necessary investments in clean energy projects and infrastructure and makes it virtually impossible for Germany to achieve its climate goals. Tesla denounces, with regard to Gigafactory 4, &#8220;that 16 months after application there is still no timetable for issuing a final permit.&#8221; This is &#8220;particularly irritating&#8221; because &#8220;the basic permissibility of the project has been examined and confirmed by several courts and not a single court decision has called into question the basic approval of the project.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The sender of the letter is &#8216;Tesla Manufacturing Brandenburg SE&#8217;; the offshoot of the car manufacturer founded for the construction of the local plant. According to the <em>Tagesspiegel<\/em>, the letter is addressed to the Higher Administrative Court of Berlin-Brandenburg as an indirect letter of support for the above-mentioned lawsuit of the DUH.
