El fabricante <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2020\/03\/30\/byd-revela-una-bateria-de-cuchillas-centrada-en-la-seguridad\/\">present\u00f3 por primera vez la \"Bater\u00eda Blade\" hace aproximadamente un a\u00f1o<\/a> y recientemente en detalle. In the first quarter of 2021, BYD sold 54,751 electric cars and plug-in hybrids, of which 53,380 were passenger cars. The remaining vehicles are likely to be commercial vehicles, mainly buses. The 53,380 passenger cars sold are in turn divided into 38,599 BEVs (+113.1%) and 14,781 PHEVs (+333.2%).<\/p>\n<p>In March, BYD recorded 24,218 electric vehicles sold (including 23,386 passenger cars). Compared to March 2020, this represents an increase of 97.6%. In the passenger car segment, the Chinese group sold 16,301 BEVs (+56.2%) and 7,085 PHEVs (+432.7%) in March.
