The GM subsidiary plans to launch the Electra EV next year and wants to sell only electric cars (and SUVs) by 2030. For dealerships wanting to walk in step with the change, this will entail some retooling, but for others, the company is offering buy-out.<\/p>\n
Since Buick requires dealers to invest in their own charging stations and other upgrades, so those not wanting to will be offered a buy-out of their franchise. As the company is preparing for the 2024 release of their first EV, the time has come for dealers to make a strategic decision.<\/p>\n
