For dealerships wanting to walk in step with the change, this will entail some retooling, but for others, the company is offering buy-out.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Since Buick requires dealers to invest in their own charging stations and other upgrades, so those not wanting to will be offered a buy-out of their franchise.
