Seg\u00fan un informe de <em>El Heraldo de Corea<\/em>, el fabricante de autom\u00f3viles lleg\u00f3 a un acuerdo con el sindicato metal\u00fargico del pa\u00eds.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el informe, el Kia EV9 se fabricar\u00e1 en la planta de la empresa en Gwangmyeong, en la provincia de Gyeonggi-do. Est\u00e1 previsto que los pedidos anticipados del Kia EV9 en Corea del Sur se abran en abril. Industry insiders say these could be the EV3 and EV4.<\/p>\n<p>On top of that, Kia is also planning to build a plant for \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/2022\/05\/19\/hyundai-kia-announce-major-e-mobility-investments\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Purpose Built Vehicles<\/a>\u201c (PBV) with a capacity of 150,000 units in Hwaseong, also located in the province of Gyeonggi-do. According to Kia, in the medium to long term, such vehicles will not be built on the basis of existing models, but on a dedicated e-skateboard platform. The manufacturer plans to start construction in the first half of 2023 and commercial production in the second half of 2025. Initially, the plant should be able to build 100,000 vehicles per year.
