A partir de 2024, la planta se centrar\u00e1 por completo en la producci\u00f3n de autobuses urbanos el\u00e9ctricos y se implicar\u00e1 m\u00e1s en la producci\u00f3n de componentes.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan un comunicado de la empresa, forma parte de un acuerdo alcanzado por la direcci\u00f3n de la empresa con el comit\u00e9 de empresa de EvoBus GmbH sobre el futuro de las plantas alemanas. El Citaro y la versi\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica eCitaro se fabrican en la planta de Mannheim. El segundo emplazamiento alem\u00e1n, Neu-Ulm, seguir\u00e1 siendo el centro de competencia para autocares.<\/p>\n<p>Daimler Buses afirma que invertir\u00e1 alrededor de 150 millones de euros en las dos plantas alemanas para finales de la d\u00e9cada. A partir de la segunda mitad de la d\u00e9cada, tambi\u00e9n saldr\u00e1n de la l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n de Neu-Ulm autobuses interurbanos totalmente el\u00e9ctricos, as\u00ed como autocares con sistemas de propulsi\u00f3n el\u00e9ctricos de bater\u00eda y de pila de combustible basada en hidr\u00f3geno a partir del final de la d\u00e9cada. Daimler Buses se est\u00e1 centrando en ambas tecnolog\u00edas, en l\u00ednea con la estrategia dual de su empresa matriz Daimler Truck.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00fan no se han facilitado datos concretos sobre los modelos previstos. Sin embargo, est\u00e1 claro que Daimler Buses quiere ofrecer veh\u00edculos neutros en emisiones de CO2 en todos los segmentos de Europa y Am\u00e9rica Latina <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2022\/05\/02\/daimler-buses-quiere-vender-solo-autobuses-urbanos-electricos-a-partir-de-2030\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">para 2030<\/a> y vender \u00fanicamente veh\u00edculos totalmente el\u00e9ctricos para autobuses urbanos en Europa. En el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2022\/12\/21\/un-consorcio-europeo-estudia-los-autocares-de-bebidas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Proyecto ELCH<\/a>, Daimler Buses est\u00e1 trabajando con socios para desarrollar unidades de e-autocar.<\/p>\n<h3>Construcci\u00f3n de carrocer\u00edas en la Rep\u00fablica Checa a partir de 2028<\/h3>\n<p>Daimler Busses quiere \"optimizar significativamente el uso de su red de producci\u00f3n europea\". Por ello, la construcci\u00f3n completa de carrocer\u00edas de autobuses para ambas plantas tendr\u00e1 lugar en la planta de Hol\u00fd\u0161ov, en la Rep\u00fablica Checa, a partir de 2028. Both sides had to move in the negotiations. We have sustainably safeguarded our tradition-rich plants in Mannheim and Neu-Ulm and given our colleagues a reliable future perspective. Both plants.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Mannheim is the competence centre for city buses of all drive types and employs 3,300 people. The Neu-Ulm is the competence centre for coaches of all drive types and employs around 3,600 people in central functions as well as in bus production. The final assembly of Mercedes-Benz and Setra coaches takes place at the Neu-Ulm plant.
