La primera l\u00ednea de montaje entr\u00f3 en funcionamiento all\u00ed en mayo de 2022.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Mlad\u00e1 Boleslav, en la Rep\u00fablica Checa, es el \u00fanico emplazamiento europeo fuera de Alemania que produce sistemas de bater\u00edas para veh\u00edculos MEB. All\u00ed se han ensamblado sistemas de bater\u00edas para coches el\u00e9ctricos de las marcas Skoda, VW, Audi y Seat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2022\/05\/18\/skoda-ensambla-sistemas-de-baterias-meb-en-mlada-boleslav\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">desde 2022<\/a>. Incluso en el momento de la puesta en marcha, Skoda habl\u00f3 de ampliar pronto las instalaciones. \"Alcanzaremos el siguiente hito a finales de 2023, cuando pongamos en marcha la segunda fase de ampliaci\u00f3n, que nos permitir\u00e1 producir m\u00e1s de 380.000 sistemas de bater\u00edas al a\u00f1o en total\", declar\u00f3 entonces Christian Bleiel, responsable de producci\u00f3n de componentes de Skoda Auto.<\/p>\n<p>Skoda ahora <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2022\/08\/31\/skoda-lanzara-3-nuevos-coches-electricos-antes-de-2026\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">confirm\u00f3 su calendario<\/a> y anunci\u00f3 que aumentar\u00eda su capacidad a 1.500 unidades diarias. La versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s peque\u00f1a del sistema de bater\u00edas construido en la planta tiene un contenido energ\u00e9tico bruto de 55 kilovatios hora (kWh) y ocho m\u00f3dulos. La versi\u00f3n mediana, con nueve m\u00f3dulos, alcanza los 62 kWh y la bater\u00eda m\u00e1s grande, con doce m\u00f3dulos, los 82 kWh. Adem\u00e1s de los m\u00f3dulos, que contienen 24 celdas cada uno, los componentes de un sistema de bater\u00edas MEB tambi\u00e9n incluyen una carcasa para la bater\u00eda con un sistema de refrigeraci\u00f3n integrado, un sistema de gesti\u00f3n de la bater\u00eda y las conexiones el\u00e9ctricas necesarias.<\/p>\n<p>La filial checa de Volkswagen tambi\u00e9n anunci\u00f3 una versi\u00f3n revisada del modelo Enyaq iV BEV para este a\u00f1o. Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 previsto que las nuevas generaciones de las series de modelos Superb y Kodiaq lleguen a los concesionarios antes de finales de a\u00f1o. Ambos modelos tambi\u00e9n estar\u00e1n disponibles como h\u00edbridos enchufables, una primicia para el Kodiaq.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la marca confirm\u00f3 la aceleraci\u00f3n de sus planes el\u00e9ctricos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2022\/08\/31\/skoda-lanzara-3-nuevos-coches-electricos-antes-de-2026\/\">anunciado el a\u00f1o pasado<\/a>. Para ello, Skoda lanzar\u00e1 tres modelos el\u00e9ctricos de bater\u00eda antes de 2026: un coche compacto, un SUV compacto y un SUV de siete plazas. Skoda prometi\u00f3 los primeros avances en el segundo trimestre de 2023. In Europe, up to 80 per cent of cars sold by VW will now be BEVs by 2030 instead of the previously planned 70 per cent; in North America, a BEV share of 55 per cent is planned by then &#8211; up from 50 per cent.<\/p>\n<p>Skoda is sticking to the 70 per cent electric quota for Europe. So the Czech company is not in as much of a hurry as VW. The manufacturer emphasises that &#8220;during the transformation phase, vehicles with internal combustion engines will also play a crucial role for Skoda,&#8221; but that it will optimise its combustion models. Skoda also refers to the two new PHEVs mentioned above in this context.<\/p>\n<p>Last year, the VW subsidiary <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/2023\/01\/12\/vw-commercial-vehicles-skoda-increased-ev-deliveries-over-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">delivered 53,700 units<\/a> of its currently only electric model, the Enyaq. Skoda&#8217;s EV sales grew relatively little compared to market trends (44,700 Enyaqs in 2021), mainly due to production issues and volatile supply chains since the Russian war of aggression in Ukraine. It brought the plant in Mlada Boleslav <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/2022\/03\/01\/war-in-ukraine-halts-electric-car-supply-chains\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">to a standstill<\/a> for weeks due to a lack of wiring harnesses from Ukraine and forced Skoda to reduce production for a while.<\/p>\n<p>Against this backdrop, which also affected internal combustion models, Skoda deliveries fell by 16.7 per cent across all drive types to 731,300 vehicles (2021: 878,200 units). Apart from the Kushaq model (an internal combustion SUV for India), the Enyaq was the only model to record growth in 2022.
