Las dos empresas unir\u00e1n sus fuerzas a lo largo de toda la cadena de desarrollo y fabricaci\u00f3n de bater\u00edas.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan lo anunciado, la cooperaci\u00f3n abarca desde el dise\u00f1o, la planificaci\u00f3n y la simulaci\u00f3n de productos hasta la automatizaci\u00f3n de todo el proceso de producci\u00f3n. Para ello, Siemens \"proporcionar\u00e1 una amplia gama de soluciones de la cartera Siemens Xcelerator\". En otras palabras, Siemens se convertir\u00e1 en el proveedor preferente de tecnolog\u00eda de automatizaci\u00f3n y digitalizaci\u00f3n de Cellforce.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque todav\u00eda se trata s\u00f3lo de un memorando de entendimiento \"con el objetivo de entrar en una asociaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica\", es probable que se llegue a una conclusi\u00f3n debido a la cooperaci\u00f3n existente entre Cellforce y Siemens. Cellforce menciona la gesti\u00f3n del ciclo de vida del producto (PLM), los sistemas de ejecuci\u00f3n de fabricaci\u00f3n (MES), la inform\u00e1tica industrial de vanguardia y las herramientas de conectividad IT\/OT, soluciones de Siemens que se utilizar\u00e1n en su f\u00e1brica. En concreto, la empresa cita \"la seguridad contra incendios y la tecnolog\u00eda de medici\u00f3n y control para mejorar la optimizaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica de la f\u00e1brica de pilas de carbono neto cero\".<\/p>\n<p>\"La digitalizaci\u00f3n integral del dise\u00f1o y la producci\u00f3n es clave para el \u00e9xito comercial de la producci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas de bater\u00eda con la menor huella de CO2 de Alemania\", afirma Markus Gr\u00e4f, director de operaciones de Cellforce. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/2022\/07\/26\/trumpf-cellforce-announce-strategic-partnership\/\">machine manufacturer Trumpf<\/a> is contributing its high-precision laser technology as part of a strategic cooperation.<\/p>\n<p>Siemens recently entered into several partnerships in the field of battery production. At the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/2022\/12\/09\/alliance-to-scale-battery-cell-dry-coating-takes-shape\/\">end of 2022<\/a>, it announced a cooperation for the dry coating of electrodes. In March 2023, a collaboration with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/2023\/03\/02\/kore-power-and-siemens-cooperate-for-us-cell-factory\/\">US battery developer Kore Power<\/a> for constructing a 12-GWh battery cell factory in Arizona followed.
