Seg\u00fan Gotion, la nueva c\u00e9lula, Astroinno L600, deber\u00eda allanar el camino hacia los 1.000 kil\u00f3metros sin NCM, es decir, sin la qu\u00edmica n\u00edquel-cobalto-manganeso conocida por su mayor densidad energ\u00e9tica. Cabe destacar que 1.000 kil\u00f3metros seg\u00fan los est\u00e1ndares chinos es bastante menos que 1.000 kil\u00f3metros de autonom\u00eda en el mundo real.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Gotion, est\u00e1 previsto que la producci\u00f3n en serie del Astroinno L600 comience en 2024. La empresa no especifica si Volkswagen estar\u00e1 entre los clientes. Lo que s\u00ed se sabe es que Gotion suministrar\u00e1 al Grupo Volkswagen c\u00e9lulas con qu\u00edmica LFP para la producci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos en y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2023\/05\/11\/gotion-suministrara-baterias-a-vw-fuera-de-china\/\">fuera de China<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Volviendo a la nueva c\u00e9lula LMFP: seg\u00fan el fabricante, alcanza una densidad energ\u00e9tica gravim\u00e9trica de 240 Wh\/kg y una densidad energ\u00e9tica volum\u00e9trica de 525 Wh\/L. El paquete de bater\u00edas Astroinno con estas c\u00e9lulas tiene una densidad energ\u00e9tica de 190 Wh\/kg. For the latter, Gotion specifies 18 minutes, without specifying either the SoC range nor the charging power itself. Regarding the construction of the battery pack, Gotion explains that they are working with a double-sided liquid cooling sandwich construction and a minimalist design concept &#8220;which reduces the number of structural parts of the battery pack by 45 per cent and lowers the weight of structural parts by 32 per cent&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>LMFP is not only the focus of Chinese suppliers; several companies in Germany are also working on this material. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/2023\/03\/16\/ibu-tec-spins-off-battery-business\/\">IBU-Tec Advanced Materials<\/a> wants to expand its product family of LFP battery materials to include a variant with added manganese. A consortium around Varta and the Centre for Solar Energy and Hydrogen Research Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg (ZSW) wants to develop <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/2022\/12\/20\/power2power-project-announces-more-efficient-semiconductors\/\">LMFP cells for electric aviation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Alternatively, other manufacturers are trying to achieve a higher energy density at pack level through cell-to-pack technology. That is the case with CATL, for example.
