Encabezados por la Rep\u00fablica Checa, Bulgaria, Francia, Hungr\u00eda, Italia, Polonia, Ruman\u00eda y Eslovaquia han firmado un documento que califica de poco realistas los l\u00edmites de emisiones propuestos.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El \"documento oficioso\" ha sido enviado a la Presidencia sueca de la UE y a la Comisi\u00f3n Europea y visto por <em>Euractiv<\/em>. \"Nos oponemos a cualquier nuevo requisito en materia de emisiones de gases de escape para coches y furgonetas, ya que desviar\u00eda la inversi\u00f3n del sector de la senda recientemente acordada hacia las emisiones cero de CO2 de los autom\u00f3viles\", cita. <em>Euractiv<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Los pa\u00edses se refieren aqu\u00ed a los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2022\/10\/28\/el-parlamento-de-los-estados-de-la-ue-acuerda-normas-mas-estrictas-para-las-emisiones-de-co2-de-las-flotas\/\">Compromiso anterior de la UE<\/a> eliminar progresivamente los motores de combusti\u00f3n para 2035.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras que la propuesta de la UE sugiere que la norma de emisiones Euro-7 para los autom\u00f3viles entrar\u00eda en vigor en julio de 2025 y en julio de 2027 para los camiones, la coalici\u00f3n aboga en su carta por posponer la norma de emisiones al menos tres a\u00f1os para los autom\u00f3viles y cinco para los camiones.<\/p>\n<p>Los firmantes sostienen que la norma Euro-7 obstaculizar\u00eda las inversiones de la industria para alcanzar el objetivo de cero emisiones de CO2 en los turismos fijado para 2035. Both the VDA and the ACEA said at the time the new regulation could slow down the transition to zero-emission transport. &#8220;The auto industry takes its role to reduce both CO2 and pollutant emissions very seriously,&#8221; said Oliver Zipse, ACEA President and CEO of BMW. &#8220;Unfortunately, the environmental benefit of the Commission&#8217;s proposal is very limited, whereas it heavily increases the cost of vehicles.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Non-governmental organisations such as the International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT) and Transport &amp; Environment opposed these views. &#8220;The technologies to make the last generation of cars with internal combustion engines even cleaner are not prohibitively expensive,&#8221; said Felipe Rodriguez of the ICCT. &#8220;The proposals for cars are so weak, the auto industry might have drafted them themselves,&#8221; added Anna Krajinska, head of vehicle emissions and air quality at T&amp;E. &#8220;Despite enjoying record profits, carmakers have sold the Commission a lie that an ambitious Euro 7 is unaffordable.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>ICE cars aside, the regulation for commercial vehicles, trucks, and buses remained vague and led to discussions. Bus manufacturers like Daimler, for example, have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/2022\/10\/13\/daimler-trucks-buses-calls-to-accelerate-zev-transition\/\">announced plans<\/a> to forego the Euro-7 in development since the EU is planning to require all city buses to be zero-emission from 2030 anyway. The company here appears to be calling for clarity on the way to decarbonisation rather than delays such as those proposed again today.
