Manz AG se convierte en accionista del grupo Customcells. La empresa alemana de ingenier\u00eda adopta una v\u00eda poco habitual: a trav\u00e9s de su inversi\u00f3n en la filial Customcells T\u00fcbingen GmbH.<\/p>\n
Desde hace aproximadamente un a\u00f1o, Manz posee una participaci\u00f3n del 40% en la filial, que desarrolla pilas para bater\u00edas en T\u00fcbingen (Alemania) y tiene previsto fabricarlas en el futuro. Sin embargo, antes no ten\u00eda participaci\u00f3n en el grupo Customscells (con sedes en Itzehoe y T\u00fcbingen). Eso est\u00e1 cambiando ahora: Manz est\u00e1 intercambiando sus acciones en Customcells T\u00fcbingen GmbH por una participaci\u00f3n en la empresa matriz Customcells Group.<\/p>\n
En otras palabras, Manz AG ya no tendr\u00e1 una participaci\u00f3n directa en Customcells T\u00fcbingen, sino que tendr\u00e1 una participaci\u00f3n en el grupo Customcells y, por tanto, indirectamente en Customcells T\u00fcbingen. De este modo, Manz AG subraya su confianza en el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico de Customcells, afirma en el comunicado de prensa. El Grupo Customcells tambi\u00e9n incluye Customcells Itzehoe GmbH y una participaci\u00f3n en E-Lyte Innovations GmbH, especializada en el desarrollo de electrolitos.
