Dos fabricantes de autom\u00f3viles adoptar\u00e1n los inversores de Vitesco Technologies con chips de SiC integrados de Rohm para su uso en cadenas cinem\u00e1ticas de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos. Vitesco afirma que \"empezar\u00e1 a suministrar un primer proyecto en serie ya en 2024\". Cuando se anunci\u00f3 el acuerdo en 2020, los socios dijeron que la producci\u00f3n no comenzar\u00eda hasta 2025. \"La empresa se adelanta as\u00ed incluso al calendario inicialmente previsto\".<\/p>\n<p>En el marco del proyecto de desarrollo conjunto se optimizaron a\u00fan m\u00e1s los chips de SiC relevantes para las cadenas cinem\u00e1ticas de los veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos mencionados. El director general de Vitesco, Andreas Wolf, describe la asociaci\u00f3n como un \"elemento importante para asegurar las capacidades de SiC de Vitesco Technologies en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os\". Y a\u00f1ade: \"Hemos tenido muy buenas experiencias en nuestra cooperaci\u00f3n de desarrollo hasta ahora y ahora esperamos no s\u00f3lo continuarla, sino intensificarla a\u00fan m\u00e1s\".<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, el proveedor alem\u00e1n de accionamientos no conf\u00eda exclusivamente en los semiconductores SiC de Rohm Semiconductors. A finales de mayo, Vitesco firm\u00f3 un suministro a largo plazo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2023\/05\/31\/vitesco-firma-un-acuerdo-de-suministro-de-semiconductores-a-largo-plazo-con-onsemi\/\">acuerdo con Onsemi<\/a> para productos de carburo de silicio por valor de 1.750 millones de euros a lo largo de diez a\u00f1os. At the same time, SiC chips are more thermally resistant, so the power density of electronics can be increased. Thanks to these features, SiC electronics have reduced conversion losses compared to conventional silicon (Si).
