Seg\u00fan un informe de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, la empresa en cuesti\u00f3n es Wiferion, de Friburgo. Al parecer, el acuerdo est\u00e1 ya a punto de cerrarse.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Como el portal alem\u00e1n <em>Gr\u00fcnderszene<\/em> Seg\u00fan se inform\u00f3 por primera vez con referencia a un documento del registro mercantil, los accionistas tienen la intenci\u00f3n de vender sus acciones en la empresa a Tesla International B.V. mediante un acuerdo de compra. Oficialmente, ni Tesla ni Wiferion han hecho comentarios a las preguntas de la prensa. Sin embargo, la redacci\u00f3n ha recibido confirmaci\u00f3n de dos de los inversores de la start-up de que se ha producido la salida. No se ha dado ning\u00fan nombre, pero se dice que se trata de un \"comprador interesante\", lo que probablemente se aplique a Tesla.<\/p>\n<p>Wiferion se fund\u00f3 en 2016 y desarrolla un sistema de carga inductiva para veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos y principalmente para robots. Seg\u00fan la <em>Gr\u00fcnderszene<\/em>\u00a0informe, las estaciones de carga est\u00e1n en el mercado desde 2018 y desde entonces se han vendido unas 8.000 veces a clientes industriales, seg\u00fan la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el acuerdo de accionistas, los fundadores segu\u00edan teniendo algo menos de un tercio de las acciones en el \u00faltimo recuento. En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, Wiferion hab\u00eda recaudado m\u00e1s de 15 millones de euros en varias rondas de financiaci\u00f3n. It is also unclear what the future holds for the employees and current customers in the medium to long term.<\/p>\n<p>It is not known exactly why Tesla is interested in the Freiburg start-up. Of course, it could be know-how in inductive charging technology to introduce wireless charging in electric cars.
