Esto deber\u00eda permitir refabricar las bater\u00edas de forma econ\u00f3mica.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>REVAMP son las siglas de \"Remanufacturaci\u00f3n de m\u00f3dulos de bater\u00edas variantes con procesos automatizados de ensamblaje y pruebas\", y aborda los retos asociados a la refabricaci\u00f3n de bater\u00edas de veh\u00edculos comerciales. Entre ellos se incluyen los diferentes estados de envejecimiento de las bater\u00edas y el hecho de que la forma, la estructura y el fabricante de la bater\u00eda pueden variar. \"Por lo tanto, es muy importante que todo el sistema de refabricaci\u00f3n est\u00e9 dise\u00f1ado de forma flexible y pueda reaccionar ante los diferentes estados y caracter\u00edsticas de la bater\u00eda\", informan los iniciadores.<\/p>\n<p>MAN Truck &amp; Bus act\u00faa como l\u00edder del consorcio del proyecto financiado con fondos federales. Otros participantes son la Universidad RWTH de Aquisgr\u00e1n con su Laboratorio de M\u00e1quinas-Herramienta (WZL) y el Instituto de Electr\u00f3nica de Potencia y Accionamientos El\u00e9ctricos (ISEA), el Instituto Fraunhofer de Tecnolog\u00eda de Producci\u00f3n y las empresas Bertrandt Technikum GmbH, Software AG, IBG Automation GmbH, BE-Power GmbH, Wacker Neuson Produktion GmbH &amp; Co. KG y Weidemann GmbH.<\/p>\n<p>Juntos prev\u00e9n un \"fuerte aumento de las bater\u00edas usadas en el futuro\", que ser\u00e1n transferidas para su reutilizaci\u00f3n en el veh\u00edculo (2\u00ba uso), en otra aplicaci\u00f3n (2\u00aa vida) o para su reciclaje. REVAMP tiene el objetivo expl\u00edcito de \"aumentar la tasa de utilizaci\u00f3n de las bater\u00edas de 2\u00ba uso y 2\u00aa vida en Alemania\". La base de este proceso, denominado refabricaci\u00f3n, es la evaluaci\u00f3n del estado y el desmontaje automatizado de las bater\u00edas devueltas. Based on this, the nine partners want to develop methods for processing battery components at the pack, module and cell level. In parallel, automated disassembly and reassembly will be planned and the corresponding control components will be developed.<\/p>\n<p>Another important aspect mentioned by the consortium is the development of a so-called digital twin, which will map the entire battery life cycle. &#8220;This digital twin will also be used for a life cycle assessment based on key figures in order to evaluate the decisions made for the subsequent use of the batteries and also to track the sustainability goals of remanufacturing,&#8221; says an accompanying statement.
