Seis de ellos est\u00e1n instalados permanentemente en la m\u00e1quina y suministran la energ\u00eda para un peque\u00f1o motor de accionamiento que permite a la m\u00e1quina recorrer distancias cortas en la obra. Los otros 30 paquetes de bater\u00edas son extra\u00edbles y proporcionan la energ\u00eda necesaria para perforar o hincar pilotes. Dieseko da 613 kW como potencia de la perforadora gigante.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan un comunicado de Webasto, el n\u00famero de bater\u00edas est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para que la potencia sea suficiente para una jornada laboral media en la obra de unas ocho a diez horas. Durante la noche, los paquetes pueden cargarse con hasta 90 kW para su uso al d\u00eda siguiente. El concepto con paquetes de bater\u00edas en gran parte desmontables \"facilita el traslado de la m\u00e1quina de una obra a otra y permite sustituir las bater\u00edas descargadas por otras cargadas\". Su peso de casi 15 toneladas proporciona el contrapeso necesario para la perforadora\", detalla Webasto. Con un peso de casi quince toneladas, tambi\u00e9n proporcionan el contrapeso necesario a las herramientas.<\/p>\n<p>En total, los 36 paquetes de bater\u00edas del proveedor muniqu\u00e9s tienen un contenido energ\u00e9tico acumulado de 1,2 MWh. Algunos pa\u00edses como Holanda, Noruega y el estado norteamericano de California ya exigen obras libres de emisiones a partir de 2025 o 2030. Another advantage of the electric drive is that the engine only consumes energy when used. Diesel engines run almost the whole day, even if they are only in &#8220;standby&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Our machines are often the first to arrive on a construction site to start working. The challenge with this machine is to have sufficient grid power available at the site to ensure overnight charging ability. Currently this is not available at every job site, but with the introduction of these types of electric machines, we expect grid power availability will be ramped up,&#8221; Smulders adds.<\/p>\n<p>The Woltman machine in the 90-tonne weight class is the first deep drill that Dieseko, Danfoss Editron and Webasto have electrified together. Solutions for other machines are already being planned.
