El documento estipula que se llevar\u00e1n a cabo m\u00e1s proyectos piloto antes de 2025 para validar el potencial de los veh\u00edculos de nueva energ\u00eda (VNE), es decir, los coches el\u00e9ctricos y los h\u00edbridos enchufables, como sistemas m\u00f3viles de almacenamiento de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para 2030, la carga bidireccional controlada se habr\u00e1 establecido a gran escala en China. Para entonces, el gobierno pretende que los NEV proporcionen \"decenas de millones de kilovatios de capacidad reguladora de flexibilidad bidireccional para el sistema el\u00e9ctrico\".
