En el comunicado de prensa sobre el lanzamiento al mercado en EE.UU. y Canad\u00e1, Mercedes-Benz Vans deja abierto si ofrecer\u00e1 all\u00ed otras versiones de la eSprinter. \"En el lanzamiento al mercado en Norteam\u00e9rica, la eSprinter estar\u00e1 disponible como furgoneta de carga con batalla de 170 pulgadas y techo alto equipada con una bater\u00eda de 113 kilovatios hora (kWh) (capacidad utilizable)\", afirma el fabricante de autom\u00f3viles y que es \"la bater\u00eda m\u00e1s grande disponible\". No est\u00e1 claro si Mercedes ofrecer\u00e1 m\u00e1s adelante las bater\u00edas de 56 y 81 kWh en Norteam\u00e9rica o si \u00e9stas s\u00f3lo est\u00e1n destinadas al mercado europeo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por otro lado, la empresa de Stuttgart escribe que \"el m\u00f3dulo frontal contiene todos los componentes de alto voltaje y puede combinarse con todas las variantes, independientemente de la distancia entre ejes y del tama\u00f1o de la bater\u00eda\". La eSprinter revisada se basa en un nuevo concepto que consta de tres m\u00f3dulos: El m\u00f3dulo delantero, los bajos con una bater\u00eda de alto voltaje y el m\u00f3dulo trasero. El m\u00f3dulo trasero alberga el motor el\u00e9ctrico. Est\u00e1 disponible en dos niveles de potencia, 100 \u00f3 150 kW de pico, y ofrece un par motor de hasta 400 Nm. Las celdas de la bater\u00eda utilizan la qu\u00edmica LFP, lo que significa que no contienen cobalto ni n\u00edquel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, en Norteam\u00e9rica s\u00f3lo estar\u00e1 disponible (por ahora) la furgoneta de techo alto, que ofrece un volumen m\u00e1ximo de carga de hasta 14 metros c\u00fabicos (488 pies c\u00fabicos) con un peso bruto del veh\u00edculo de hasta 4,25 toneladas (9.370 libras).
