La empresa utiliza m\u00e1s de 1.000 robots y m\u00faltiples sistemas de transferencia automatizados en estas instalaciones. S\u00f3lo en el taller de carrocer\u00eda, la nueva f\u00e1brica cuenta con m\u00e1s de 500 robots y sistemas de transferencia totalmente automatizados. Mahindra afirma que esta planta es la primera de su clase en la India que cuenta con tecnolog\u00edas de soldadura l\u00e1ser y pintura por p\u00edxeles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mahindra planea inicialmente fabricar 90.000 VE en la f\u00e1brica dedicada a los VE, utilizando menos de la mitad de la capacidad de producci\u00f3n anual: 200.000 unidades. La empresa espera alcanzar el m\u00e1ximo de la planta despu\u00e9s de construir una gama completa de veh\u00edculos entre 2027 y 2029.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cuanto al ensamblaje de bater\u00edas dentro de las nuevas instalaciones para veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos, Mahindra afirma que se trata de una de las l\u00edneas de fabricaci\u00f3n de bater\u00edas m\u00e1s compactas del mundo. La empresa afirma que 98% de sus operaciones est\u00e1n automatizadas. Otros aspectos destacados son la manipulaci\u00f3n de celdas sin contacto, el montaje de placas con visi\u00f3n 3D y la integridad de los pernos totalmente automatizada. La empresa utiliza esta f\u00e1brica para construir el SUV-coup\u00e9 subcompacto BE 6 y el SUV-coup\u00e9 compacto XEV 9e y ensamblar sus bater\u00edas LFP. Espera empezar a vender estos VE dedicados en el mercado nacional a principios de marzo.
