{"id":261348,"date":"2025-01-13T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-01-13T11:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/?p=261348"},"modified":"2025-01-13T16:07:01","modified_gmt":"2025-01-13T15:07:01","slug":"bmw-anuncia-una-asociacion-de-reciclaje-con-sk-tes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2025\/01\/13\/bmw-announces-recycling-partnership-with-sk-tes\/","title":{"rendered":"BMW anuncia una asociaci\u00f3n de reciclaje con SK tes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras el exitoso establecimiento de un circuito cerrado para la reutilizaci\u00f3n de materias primas procedentes de bater\u00edas de alto voltaje por parte de BMW Brilliance Automotive Joint Venture (BBA) en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2022\/05\/25\/bmw-establecera-un-circuito-cerrado-de-reciclado-de-baterias\/\">China en 2022<\/a>, el Grupo BMW ha puesto en marcha una asociaci\u00f3n a escala europea con SK Tes, un proveedor de soluciones para el ciclo de vida de la tecnolog\u00eda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un proceso especial de reciclaje, el cobalto, el n\u00edquel y el litio se extraen de las pilas usadas y se devuelven a la cadena de valor para la producci\u00f3n de pilas nuevas. Este ciclo cerrado se ampliar\u00e1 a toda la regi\u00f3n EE.UU.-M\u00e9xico-Canad\u00e1 en 2026. El proceso implicar\u00e1 la trituraci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica de las pilas viejas, durante la cual los metales se concentran para dejar un material llamado \"masa negra\". Los materiales, concretamente n\u00edquel, litio y cobalto, se recuperan despu\u00e9s en un proceso hidrometal\u00fargico. \"Entre otras cosas, estas materias primas secundarias se utilizar\u00e1n para el nuevo tren motriz del GEN 6\", escribe BMW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"Asociaciones como \u00e9sta aumentan nuestra eficiencia en t\u00e9rminos de econom\u00eda circular. En el proceso de bucle cerrado, todos los socios se benefician mutuamente de sus experiencias\", afirma J\u00f6rg Lederbauer, Vicepresidente de Econom\u00eda Circular, Suministro de Recambios de igualmente importante\", a\u00f1adi\u00f3 Nadine Philipp, Vicepresidenta de la Red de Proveedores Sostenibles de BMW AG. \"Y mediante la econom\u00eda circular, tambi\u00e9n estamos aumentando nuestra resistencia en las cadenas de suministro\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la actualidad, SK tes opera y posee m\u00e1s de 40 instalaciones y emplea a unos 2.600 especialistas en m\u00e1s de 40 pa\u00edses. La empresa presume de una tasa de recuperaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 97% para materiales de bater\u00edas, e incluso ha contabilizado cu\u00e1ntos kg de activos ha recuperado desde 2021 con 108.816.085 kg. SK tes se fund\u00f3 inicialmente en 2005.
