El prototipo cuenta con tres motores que pueden entregar una potencia total de hasta 1.014 kW. El chasis, los frenos, la direcci\u00f3n y las ruedas proceden del actual coche de carreras de la Cup Series. En otras palabras, se trata de buenos requisitos para caer bien entre el p\u00fablico \u00e1vido de caballos. Sin embargo, el prototipo que Ford present\u00f3 para la serie NASCAR es puramente el\u00e9ctrico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, Ford Performance ha causado revuelo en repetidas ocasiones con concept cars el\u00e9ctricos, como la SuperVan o el Super Cobra Jet 1800 para carreras de aceleraci\u00f3n. Esta vez, sin embargo, Ford ha elegido un segmento completamente diferente con la serie NASCAR, que es casi sagrada en el sur de EE UU. La bater\u00eda del prototipo es de 78 kWh, lo que deber\u00eda bastar para unas cuantas vueltas en eventos de exhibici\u00f3n, pero no para las carreras de hasta 200 millas de la serie NASCAR, incluso con paradas de carga. Sin embargo, el a\u00f1o pasado, la NASCAR s\u00ed empez\u00f3 a explorar la movilidad el\u00e9ctrica, llegando incluso a anunciar una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/es\/2024\/07\/08\/nascar-selecciona-a-abb-como-socio-de-movilidad-electrica\/\">asociaci\u00f3n con ABB<\/a>.
