The new Winchester Superhub offers a total of 44 rapid chargers, each capable of delivering up to 160kW of power. On-site solar farms and 4 MW of “cutting-edge battery storage technology” are both also integrated in the ‘Superhub.’ Once completed, the solar farm will feature “870 solar panels and the site will use a mixture of solar energy, battery storage, and renewable grid power to keep chargers running at optimum capacity.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instavolt advertises that the charging hub is not just for the vehicles, as several steps were taken to ensure user comforts are provided, including “24\/7 toilet facilities [to] ensure convenience for those travelling at night or taking advantage of InstaVolt\u2019s off-peak charging tariff<\/a>, while a play park allows children to stretch their legs while their parents recharge.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
