Como supuestamente se basar\u00e1 en las emisiones de NOx, los veh\u00edculos di\u00e9sel ser\u00edan los primeros afectados por la tasa.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.autocar.co.uk\/car-news\/industry\/new-london-mayor-proposes-diesel-charge\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">autocar.es<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-65901\" src=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/media\/2015\/07\/Takahiro-Hachigo.jpg\" alt=\"Takahiro-Hachigo\" width=\"100\" height=\"100\" title=\"\">\"Vemos el PHEV como un paso necesario pero no como el objetivo\".<\/p>\n<p>El presidente y consejero delegado de Honda Motor, Takahiro Hachigo, reconoce la existencia de los h\u00edbridos enchufables pero, en \u00faltima instancia, su objetivo son los veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos y de pila de combustible.
