Ambos socios pretenden producir motores el\u00e9ctricos tanto para BEV como para HEV en una planta cercana a Par\u00eds.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Sus motores van a equipar coches de las marcas del grupo PSA, a saber, Peugeot, Citro\u00ebn, DS, Opel y Vauxhall. En 2022, la JV alcanzar\u00e1 una producci\u00f3n de 900.000 motores el\u00e9ctricos anuales, seg\u00fan una presentaci\u00f3n realizada por el ejecutivo de PSA Patrice Lucas. Tanto PSA como Nidec est\u00e1n convencidos de que el mercado de los motores el\u00e9ctricos duplicar\u00e1 su valor hasta alcanzar los 45.000 millones de euros en 2030.
