Marelli presents wireless BMS
Automotive supplier Marelli is expanding its range of battery management technologies for electric vehicles with a new Wireless Distributed Battery Management System (wBMS). The solution eliminates the need for wiring, as communication between the batteries and the control unit takes place via wireless technology.

BorgWarner announces multiple awards + EV revenue
US automotive supplier BorgWarner has announced multiple electrification awards. These include two deals involving electric motors and inverters with two Chinese companies respectively, as well as battery management systems for commercial vehicles from a “leading global vehicle manufacturer.”

ElringKlinger develops batteries for Piëch GT sports EV

Nuvve and Romeo Power have announced a collaboration to integrate communication protocols between Nuvve’s vehicle-to-grid (V2G) platform and Romeo Power’s battery management system (BMS).
