Vertical Aerospace shares take-off since listing on NYSE
Britain’s electric air taxi startup Vertical Aerospace made its debut on the New York Stock Exchange on Friday after a blank-check SPAC deal valued at $2.2 billion got the go-ahead. It injects the company with 300 million in cash and has Vertical Aerospace looking to set up shop, perhaps in Ireland.

EVBox aiming for IPO on NYSE in spring 2021
EVBox Group plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange through a merger with investment firm TPG Pace Beneficial Finance. The listing is expected to take place towards the end of the first quarter of 2021.

BMW & Daimler merging electric car sharing DriveNow & Car2Go
BMW and Daimler want to tackle mobility together as they finally reach an agreement to merge DriveNow and Car2Go. A joint venture will include Daimler’s Mytaxi and Moovel as well as BMW’s ParkNow and ReachNow as well – if the cartel authorities agree.
