Nissan Leaf sales soar.

A total of 805 Nissan Leaf were sold last month in Japan alone. Though sales have slipped from the first quarter, this May marked the best increase for the month since 2012 (up 70 percent compared to May 2015). Over 8,000 Leaf have already been sold in Japan in 2016, which is close to the 9,057 units sold there in all of 2015.
