In Oslo, an EV driver has to pay 5,350 Norwegian kroner (617 dollars) because he put a doll on the front passenger seat in order to speed on the bus lane. What for? In the capital’s morning traffic, joint use of this lane is only permitted to EVs with at least one passenger next to the driver. Although the doll wore a winter jacket, a wig and sun glasses the police got wary and stopped the “suspicious couple.”
