Many EV drivers know the problem: the sat nav directs them to a free charging point – and when they get there, they cannot charge despite the app telling them otherwise. Evailable, part of German utility and charge point operator E.ON, wants to prevent this using AI. In an interview, Maren Rehnelt explains exactly how that works.
