Carmakers are delaying hybrid and electric models until 2019 to maximise profit before the new emission regulations will kick in, a new study from Transport & Environment finds. Still most remain on track to meet 2021 CO2 targets, also because the number of BEV will increase fivefold by 2021 to a total of 100 models.
